All media representatives wishing to apply for accreditation should announce their arrival through preliminary entries and present themselves to the Organizing Committee of the Championships.
Deadline for applying the preliminary entries is June 26, 2008.
Following the preliminary entries, it is necessary to send the following before July 22, 2008:

4. Residence Data: address, city, city code, state
5. Employment Data: address, city, city code, state
6. Company / Media House of the representative:
7. Position / Employment (sports section, editor in chief, etc.)
8. Data on the media – website or a profile
9. Confirmation from the head of the Office, Managers, or authority in charge, duly signed and stamped (electronic verification accepted)
10. Press ID Card No.
11. Validity of the Press ID Card
12. Photocopy or scan of the Press ID Card
13. Passport copy (for foreign media representatives)
14. Confirmation of the Company or Media House that they will cover costs of stay of their representative
15. Contact Phone
16. Contact e-mail
17. Photo (photo must be sent in .jpg format, minimum resoslution 150dpi, size 150x200px)

1. Have you covered any other swimming Championships and which ones?
2. Have you ever been to Serbia / Belgrade before?
3. Are you specifically interested for an event or part of the competition programme?
4. What equipment will be necessary for your reporting (internet connection, broadcasting devices, links, etc.)
